How to Disconnect CashWise
This FAQ details how to disconnect linked accounts from CashWise
Important
There are a few critical items to note:
- If you have any funds in your Syfe Account, please schedule a transition session using this link first: https://calendly.com/adrian-getcashwise/30min
- Disconnecting an account means that all transactions and automation activity for the account will be disabled. You may wish to back up your cash planning data before starting this procedure. This may help with manually cash management activities once the accounts are disconnected.
- CashWise is not a transactional account and therefore we do not provide account statements, you can access your statements from the underlying account provider such as Airwallex, Wise, Aspire and Syfe directly.
Steps
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select Integrations tab
- For each Cash Account, drill in and change the switch to OFF, then click Update
- If you have Xero connected, scroll to the bottom of the Integration tab, drill in and click disconnect.
